Kellie Faulkner brings more than 15 years of senior-level marketing expertise to Bright Lark, and specializes in creating strategies that drive sustainable growth for startups and small businesses. Her data-driven approach has been pivotal in helping organizations scale efficiently, refine their marketing efforts, and achieve remarkable success in highly competitive industries.
Before co-founding Bright Lark, Kellie led marketing teams for fast-growing companies, where she developed expertise in content generation, SEO, social media advertising, and email nurture campaigns. These efforts consistently resulted in accelerated brand awareness, improved customer engagement, and year-over-year revenue growth.
Kellie has a proven track record of building marketing flywheels that integrate strategy, creativity, and analytics to create lasting impact. Her work includes launching successful campaigns for biotech startups, software companies, and service-based businesses with diverse marketing budgets.

Tom Faulkner is the driving force behind our creative vision. With a focus on innovation and strategic planning, he leads our creative efforts across all media platforms—delivering results that help our clients achieve their marketing goals. Tom’s background in managing large-scale projects and leading creative teams spans across a variety of media platforms, from digital and social to video and audio production.
Before founding Bright Lark, Tom started his career as a production executive at Universal Studios. Later, he co-founded BrightHaus Creative Services with music industry veteran, Michael Redman. This is where he established himself as a creative visionary and leader producing projects for Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Hard Rock Cafes, Kennedy Space Center, Marriott Worldwide, and others.
After returning home to Boston, he worked with globally recognized brands including Timberland, Liberty Mutual, General Motors/Cadillac, BMW/Mini Cooper, Fidelity Investments, DuPont Professional Products, and Hood Dairy Products.
To this day, Tom leverages his deep expertise to help businesses grow through tailored, creative marketing initiatives.
