Prior to the last twelve years of her career developing global marketing and recruitment strategies for schools and universities, Kellie's fascination with technology and process improvement led her to establish a home-grown customer relationship management system to manage and rank sales leads before most businesses knew what a CRM was.
Since then, she has consulted several clients on choosing and implementing a marketing automation system and continues to present nationally on this topic, as well as the important role data plays in marketing strategy.
Her previous admissions experience with Full Sail University, Berklee College of Music's online school, Berkleemusic.com, and New England Academy, along with her involvement in the launch of a Boston start-up called, Private School Innovator, speaks directly to her capacity to help universities and private high schools remain competitive and identify their differentiators in both domestic and international markets.
In addition to her work in academia, Kellie's extensive career includes experience with tech start-up's, healthcare, film and television, and the fitness industry.
